The Porsche 911 series boasts a long history and continues to evolve. The 911 GT3 RS was announced in 2022 as a high-performance road car with an emphasis on circuit driving. It features vents on the hood and fenders, and airflow fins on the front and rear wheel arches and roof. The large rear wing also employs a variable DRS (Drag Reduction System) to thoroughly pursue aerodynamics. Of course, weight reduction has also been achieved through the extensive use of CFRP in various parts of the body. The engine mounted in the rear is a 4-liter horizontally-mounted 6-cylinder.
