[Japanese keyboard settings] Because the keyboard layouts of each country are different, a little setting is required before using the keyboard. The setup is easy, just follow the steps below. ① Open the "Settings" app on your tablet and open "System Settings". ② Place the language you want to use (e.g. Japanese) at the top of the list by going to "System Settings" → "Language" → "System Language". ③ Install by following the steps of "System Settings" → "Keyboard" → "Physical Keyboard" → "uart_dock" → "Multilingual Input" → the language you want to use (e.g. Japanese). ④ Tap "System Settings" → "Keyboard" → "Screen Keyboard" → "Gboard" → "Language" → the language you want to use (e.g. Japanese) and set the keyboard layout to match the layout of the keyboard cover. (*Important. You cannot use it unless you set it.) ⑤ Open the input text box, press and hold the space key, and select the language to use on the page that appears to complete the setting.
[Follow the steps below to install the alphanumeric keyboard] ① Android Settings → System Settings → Language → System Language → Search for "English (US)" here and select it. ② System Settings → Keyboard → Gboard → Language → Add Keyboard → Add “English (US) QWERTY Keyboard”.
