Absolute rubbish, these do not fit into the sockets of the house. I will be getting in touch with Joom for assistance with these as, they are potentially a fire hazard. Still awaiting reimbursement from Joom, there is no urgency whatsoever with this issue, even though it could be a fire hazard !!! Tried to claim on this but, was informed that I had to pay for the return postage, this was dearer than the ultrasonic units themselves. A waste of time and money.

Everything has arrived in a very reasonable time, and before the date they estimated... The packaging is very good, and the products fully comply with what they advertise and explain.... I only need to Test the Functioning of the 14 Items that I have purchased and received... (I have not had the Time), but it can be seen that it is all of Quality and without problems...
