I have ordered 2 pieces of this product and received only 1. When I contacted the help center to assist me, they told me that it is not possible to send me another 1. Since it is not my mistake but theirs, I demanded my product but they told me that they cannot send it for the reason that it is not possible to ship from their platform. (The most idiotic excuse I have ever heard for someone who doesn't want to pay for their own mistake). They told me to give me a refund and that only 50%. If there was half a star, I would give it. Thieves. Never again.
