Poor quality product. It arrived to me already rusted ! The handle is not made of wood but of plastic!!! Correct, the handle is level, but the guards are plastic and the blades are dead iron, not stainless steel at all!!

I can't give a performance rating yet as it hasn't been installed yet. But the item was delivered in less than 3 weeks and looks good.

The quality is quite poor, a colored plastic (hollow on the inside at the handle), but the blade cuts quite well. I will see in the coming days how durable the blade is.

Very satisfying to pull apart and cut with, though the handles aren't perfectly symmetrical which is dissatifying though I work with it
