I can't say whether the stickers really contain pain-relieving substances, but for pain resulting from tension they help me very well. I often had them on my shoulder overnight and the next morning these were totally relaxed and thus the pain was also less. At the price I can definitely recommend them. 👍
These herbal plasters are simply great. They smell subtle and pleasant and have a really good effect. I can only recommend them and am buying them for the second time and would buy them again. Much better effect than some expensive plasters or ointments from the pharmacy

So I put one on this morning because my back hurt a lot, now it's better. Afterwards I slept a little so I don't know if it was from sleeping or if it was the patch I'll tell you that once I've tried it on my shoulders which are causing me a lot of pain.
