NOT fully satisfied with this item. The packing was horrible that the clock hands of all 3 movements I ordered arrived twisted and bended, the first movement that I used it did not functioned satisfactory, it used to stops working every now and then, Now I tested the second movement. it looks that it works fine so that I installed to replace the first movement. No I have a test the third one, hoping that it would not be like the first one.

Wonderfully quieter, works well, the hands can be shortened or cut off. But the dial should be thin, if you make it out of resin, then it's better to pour a thinner layer or, like me, sand it off later.
