I have a Chihuahua with about 3 kg it is quite long for a Chihuahua I ordered size M and it fits very tight For my mouse it would have to be a few cm more In terms of circumference it fits great but I think for a sweater to put on if it gets a bit fresh in the evening it is very good. I like the quality very much
