My worst experience ever in terms of delivery. The product made 1 month just to leave the warehouse, with no information, with any updates. The product reach the destination, I received a message to pick it up from the pickup point and when i went it was not there. The employee of the place informed me that the courier took it back for no reason. Again no information, no updates, nothing. I asked the customer service and gave me a number of another country to call there as they have my package. Then i found by myself the phone for the responsible place and I managed to guide and find a solution in order to pick up my order after 1+ month. I will never use Joom again.

It is comfortable but the first night hurt my back, more than good I will wait a few days but too flat. Being asthmatic I need my head elevated at night

Small pillow but on the other hand it is very comfortable, I tried it only once I slept well. 5stelle I would have gladly given them but I would like to try it for longer

I find the texture comfortable soft textured visco latex pillows are nice relaxing that I recommend them to people is good for the back
