・Attention to Binding The notebook opens a full 180 degrees, providing a stress-free writing experience. This notebook is bound with a threaded binding process, characterized by its easy opening and durable finish.

Includes index stickers The included index stickers complement the plain cover, which is simply fastened with cheesecloth. The frequently used IDEA and DIARY sections are printed on the cover. The remaining stickers are blank for you to fill in and use. Stick them on top to secure the spine in place.
