After thoroughly rinsng the hair with water, dispense about 5cm in diameter of shampoo into your hands. 2. Apply directly to the scalp from the side of the head without lathering. 3. Lather in a circular motion. Then apply to the back of the head and lather. 4. Massage scalp with the palms of your fingers for approximately 2 minutes. 5. Rinse off.
