How to Use
Add 1 scoop to 8-12 ounces of warm or cool water (or adjust to taste). Stir and enjoy. Also great in coffee, tea, and smoothies.
Taking too much MCT oil can cause stomach upset, especially when you’re first starting out. Start with 1/2 the recommended serving size and gradually increase your daily intake until you reach your desired level without exceeding the recommended dose.
