About my previous purchase, I had already mentioned in a review that I was satisfied with the model and quality of the sneakers, but that the size ran smaller than the European size 37. With the help of Klarna, Joom resolved this perfectly. I didn't have to pay anything and was allowed to keep the sneakers. I immediately ordered a larger size (38) and have since received it. I am still very satisfied with the model and quality, and size 38 fits perfectly!
