How to use the product: Apply topically to the skin around used joints and muscles after exercise.
Ingredients: Purified water (water), glyceryl stearate SE, methyl salicylate (natural ingredient), caprylic/capric triglyceride, glucosamine HCl (shellfish and shellfish), glycerin, cetearyl alcohol, frankincense oak gum.
