Instructions for use of the device:
1. use the camera to observe the cracks and select the appropriate tool.
2. If the car has been exposed to rain, dry the cracks a minimum of 24 hours before repairing, as the water inside the damage prevents the fluid from penetrating.
3 Put on gloves.
4. pour some repair fluid and apply a layer of film on top.
5. Align the pressure pen with the original position of the crack and, if necessary, press down firmly all the way to the bottom. Increase the pressure accordingly depending on the condition.
6. Turn on the glass repair unit and click the high frequency guide on top of the crack (adding some repair agent if necessary). Hold it still until it runs out. Halfway through you can add a little repair fluid.
7. Drop two drops of repair fluid and apply it to the opening of the crack.
8. Observe the condition of the crack and, using a heat-conductive rod, heat the back of the crack, keeping a sufficient distance from the hole.
9. Observe the changes in the crack and use a pen to press down areas where the repair solution has not penetrated properly. This will help to further remove air and allow the repair fluid to fully penetrate.
10. Observe the condition of the crack, select the appropriate tool and continue the operation until the air is completely removed and the repair fluid has fully penetrated.
11. use the camera to observe the penetration of the repair fluid into the crack and check that it has fully penetrated. Then turn on the UV lamp and cure for 15 minutes, targeting the crack. Use a blade to scrape the excess liquid off the glass.
If the liquid has not completely penetrated, continue with the above steps until it has completely penetrated.
