It was too small

If I had noticed right away that this item came from China, I wouldn't have ordered it. For China, xxl might be huge, but for German standards, this item is more like M and therefore much too tight and too short. They don't seem to understand that in China. We are big here. The item did arrive, but of course it took a very long time.. I don't know how I can claim the item now. They don't make it easy here.
