It's the second time I order this product and it does nothing, neither the laptop detects it, nor the phone, it's simply dead, give me my money back because I'll send it back because I don't need garbage, or maybe someone knows how to use it, maybe you have to do some magic incantations before connecting it to USB...I don't recommend this product at all, I said that the first time it happens that a defective reject escapes from manufacturing, but I ordered another one and the same story, I plug it into the laptop and it doesn't see it, I plug it into the USB in the car and no phone detects it, it's a pity that it has small dimensions and it would have been perfect if it also worked.
messed up my pc, got error from motherboard, then bluescreen and also bios time (basically boot up time) went from 8 seconds to 27.5 when device manager was opened, it showed an malicious usb until I unplugged it DONT BUY IT OR USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I inserted it into the PC, updated the drivers and anyway when I use the headphones (Marshall Major IV) via Bluetooth the sound is interrupted
The bluetooth option came up on my laptop and I can now connect to my headphones, great :)
