The product is of very high quality, everything is as described, I am very satisfied with it and, hopefully, I will order something else of this type. But the delivery is absolutely unsatisfactory. When I received an email notification that the product had been delivered, I went to the post office several times, and they told me that the package was not there. When I contacted the support service and they confirmed that it had been delivered to the specified address, I insisted that they look for it there, and finally they found it. I believe that this is due to the unsatisfactory work of Ukrposhta and will continue to try to ensure that everything goes through Nova Poshta, because such problems have never arisen there. But when I placed this order, I was automatically registered at this address (there was no option to choose a delivery method). I think that if this were improved (as it is with other suppliers), many problems with delivery (which other users also write about) could be avoided. Thank you!
