It is the first 70mm work in Japan, and adopts a unique photographic process named Super Technilama.
Kojiro Hongo, Katarou Katsuguro, Ichikawa, Hiroshi Kawaguchi, Fujiko Yamamoto and a gorgeous selection of Oei stars.
This is a restored version of the HD Master which has been teresresinated from the 4p and 35mm intermediate poses from the original negatives of 8p and 35mm with flickering removal and parasing.
The intermission at 70mm is restored from the original 8p and 35mm negatives.
The LD Master has been converted from 4ch tape to Dolby surround system to restore 3D sounds.
The climax scene where the large temple collapses into a large open set and a special photograph that is overflowing with a sense of weight that CG cannot be reproduced.
Includes a DVD from the restoration movie.
