You can use the product for a longer period of time with peace of mind. ・DJI Care Express: By paying the refresh replacement fee in advance when applying for DJI Care Express, DJI will ship a replacement product as soon as the customer receives the defective product. This process eliminates inspections and estimates, allowing customers to receive replacement products quickly. ・Global Warranty Service: If you meet the conditions for using this product's global warranty service, you can receive refresh exchange service and regular repair service at any DJI official repair center around the world.

DJI Care Refresh 1-year edition allows you to receive refresh exchange service up to two times during the one-year validity period by paying a small additional fee. The 2-year version entitles you to up to 4 refresh exchanges within the 2-year validity period for a small additional fee. It supports a wide range of failure scenarios such as submergence and crashes. Other service benefits include global warranty service (on select models), dedicated technical support, and free round-trip shipping.

*Products delivered as refresh replacements will be new products that meet DJI's shipping standards, or products that are guaranteed to have the same performance and reliability as new products.

1. Legislation and safety standards This product complies with Japanese safety standards. Please check compatibility with local regulations and safety standards before use in your country. 2. About electrical products [Voltage compatible] When using electrical appliances, please note that they are designed according to Japanese voltage specifications (90-110V), so using them at a different voltage may cause malfunctions.
