PHOON's first headphone, the SMB-01, which was sold only at some stores, was scaled up and revived after 10 years.
This SMB-01 was manufactured by Kumano Isao, a mastering engineer and PHOON representative, with audio professionals in mind. The goal was to achieve adjusted pro studio sound quality with headphones.
You can enjoy natural ultra-low frequencies and an acoustic space using PHONON's unique technology. The free edge structure enables highly responsive diaphragm operation with little energy loss, and achieves frequency characteristics and a wide dynamic range that sufficiently covers even the high-resolution band.
