I am not at all happy with the service from your company, which is supposed to respect its customers. I have been a loyal customer of Joom for a long time, and this is not the first time I feel mistreated by your service. I have never heard of any reputable company in the world telling its customers they must pay for returning goods purchased from them. In any case, I will delete this app forever, and I will advise all my friends and on all social media platforms not to even consider using your app, which is not good at all.
