Suggested Use: For best results, use as soon as you feel cold symptoms and continue to use until symptoms are completely relieved.Adults and children 12 years and older: Spray 4 times into mouth as symptoms occur. Spray inside cheeks, roof of mouth, and gums. Hold for 15 seconds. Swallow. Repeat every 2-3 hours, but not more than 7 times in 24 hours. Take until symptoms disappear.
